Frequently Asked Questions

This FAQ covers everything you need to know about Beverley Fleet passenger van rentals in Denver and across the Colorado Front Range, including vehicle types, seating capacity, winter driving, pricing, mileage, insurance coverage, pickup at Denver International Airport (DIA), and more.

Vehicles, seating & towing

How many people fit in a passenger van?
Our fleet has 12 and 15 passenger vans, designed for up to 15 passengers, including the driver.

What types of vehicles does Beverley Fleet offer?
Beverley Fleet offers Ford Transit passenger vans (low, medium, and high roof, seating 12–15) plus luxury SUVs including the Chevrolet Suburban (seats 7) and Audi Q5 Quattro (seats 5). All vehicles are all-wheel drive, making them ideal for Colorado mountain roads, ski trips, weddings, and group events.

Are your vehicles pet-friendly?
Yes. All Beverley Fleet vehicles are pet-friendly, and pets of all sizes are welcome in our vans and SUVs. If you're traveling with dogs or other pets, let us know at booking if you have special requirements so we can help you plan a comfortable trip for everyone.

Can I tow a trailer with a Beverley Fleet van?
Yes — all Transit vans include a standard integrated tow hitch, allowing you to attach a luggage rack, cargo carrier, or travel trailer. This is especially helpful for ski groups, wedding parties, and large families who need extra room for gear, luggage, and equipment on Colorado road trips.

Pricing, deposits & payment

What’s included in the rental price?
Every rental includes 400 miles per day, all toll charges, and a collision damage waiver covering damage. Rentals of 3 days or more also include fuel; just return the van with a quarter tank or above. There are no counter upsells and no surprise fees at return: the price you book is the price you pay.

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require half of your booking upfront as a deposit.

How does payment work?
You reserve with 50% down, and the balance is due at pickup. Daily rates run $350–$400 depending on the van, with seasonal winter pricing December through March.

What are your rates?
Daily rental rates typically run $350–$400 depending on the specific van or SUV you choose, with seasonal winter pricing from December through March for peak ski travel. Payment is a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due at pickup. We require a 2-day minimum rental on all vehicles.

What’s your minimum rental period?
We require a 2-day minimum.

Mileage, coverage & driving requirements

How does mileage work?
400 miles per day are included — enough for a Denver–Breckenridge round trip with plenty to spare, and unused miles pool across your rental days. Beyond that, overage is a flat $0.45 per mile, so even a long trip never produces a surprise bill.

Am I covered if something happens?
Yes — every rental includes a collision damage waiver, so damage to the van is covered. This matters more than most renters realize: many personal auto policies specifically exclude rentals, which can leave you personally exposed in a rental without included coverage. Full coverage details are provided in your rental agreement before pickup.

Do I need a special license to drive a passenger van in Colorado?
No — a standard driver’s license is all you need to operate our vehicles.
