FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people fit in a 15-passenger van?
15 people including the driver. Realistically most comfortable for 12–13 adults with luggage, or all 15 with light bags.

How many seats does each van have?
Three of our four vans seat 15 including the driver. Our 2020 Transit is rated for 14-passenger capacity but is currently configured with 12 seats, giving extra room per passenger and more cargo space. Check the Fleet page for the exact seat count on each van before you book.

What’s included in the rental price?
Every rental includes 400 miles per day, all toll charges, and a collision damage waiver covering damage to the van. Rentals of 3 days or more also include fuel — just return the van with a quarter tank or above. There are no counter upsells and no surprise fees at return: the price you book is the price you pay.

How does mileage work?
400 miles per day are included — enough for a Denver–Breckenridge round trip with plenty to spare, and unused miles pool across your rental days. Beyond that, overage is a flat $0.45 per mile, so even a long trip never produces a surprise bill.

Am I covered if something happens to the van?
Yes — every rental includes a collision damage waiver, so damage to the van is covered. This matters more than most renters realize: many personal auto policies specifically exclude 15-passenger vans, which can leave you personally exposed in a rental without included coverage. Full coverage details are provided in your rental agreement before pickup.

Do I need a special license to drive a 15-passenger van in Colorado?
No — a standard driver’s license is all you need to operate our vehicles.

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes — a $500 refundable security deposit is held (not charged) on your card at pickup and released after the van is returned.

How does payment work?
You reserve with 50% down, and the balance is due at pickup. Daily rates run $350–$400 depending on the van, with seasonal winter pricing December through March.

What’s your minimum rental period?
We require a 2-day minimum.

Can I rent for a one-way trip?
No — our vans must be returned to the pickup location.

How far in advance should I book, especially for ski season or wedding season?
We can book up fast! We have multiple vans in our fleet, but to ensure availability we recommend booking 3–4 months in advance.

Where do I pick up and drop off the van?
For self pick-up and drop-off, our vans are at ParkDIA, a 5-minute shuttle ride from Denver International Airport — the shuttle is free. We also offer a $50 private-car arrival for your group leader and $100 hotel delivery in the Denver metro. See the options on the booking page.
